The 76m2, apartment is located close to the centre of Mahon and equally near to the Port of Mahon. There is a private entrance doorway, up approximately 12 steps, leading into a good size lounge with air conditioning and sliding doors onto a private balcony terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a small dining table and views out onto the Port of Mahon.
Both double bedrooms are an excellent size, with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning in the front bedroom. There is one bathroom which is in a very good condition.
On the ground floor is a large private patio with built-in BBQ and gated access.
Mahon
The capital of Menorca, Mahon, stretches along one of the largest natural ports in the Mediterranean.
Mahon is rich in many diverse cultures that populated it throughout history and the towns centre clearly reflects the period of nearly a century, when it was British dominated, primarily through the architecture of its buildings. A good number of bourgeois houses and historic buildings can be found along the historic quarter of Mahon. One of them being the central Plaza de España. In addition to this, Mahon houses some wonderful cultural facilities such as the oldest opera house in Spain and the Teatro Principal, offering exciting performances from artists and musicians around the world.
